It is truly a “full-duplex” and emergent process where the focus is on the "who" versus the "how". It’s no longer enough to put on “the face” of a leader and assume the role. Today's followers are more sophisticated and more harried than in times past! In order to be sustainable, there must be an shift in the individual’s orientation toward and for her/his followers, which results in an almost irresistible magnetic “charge” to her/his message. Through the various programs, participants are given an opportunity to test, experience, and enhance their leadership skills while honoring their personal leadership styles. In doing so, they are able to achieve their professional and personal goals. Feedback and assessments are made available to enhance and accelerate the learning.
Leadership Development Dr. Murphy has designed a series of materials to guide individuals in exploring the nature and stages of leadership development and its changing perceptions and requirements. Programs are designed specifically to meet the unique genius represented in an individual or group, as captured through assessments and interviews. Coaching between sessions provides individualized scaffolding and support. Participants leave the various experiences with a clearer working understanding of their critical role in the assessment, design, development and follow-up that earmark organizational success.
