Leveraging my years of experience in the approaches and methods of Human Performance Technology and leadership success, let’s explore ways to define, embrace and audaciously share your gifts and talents so that you, too, can play it like a “super star.”

Each of the four classes will take one aspect or activity that has been linked to personal success – such as defining your gifts, embracing them fully, removing old blockages, and creating a new vision of the future – and explore ways that you can do more with what and who you are now. When you complete this course, you will have a roadmap to get you going!

Who would be best served by this program?

• Individuals who are interested in becoming more effective and efficient -- not to mention comfortable and joyful -- in what they do.

• Persons who are considering a leadership, personal or business opportunity and would like to meet that knowing how to get the most from it.

• Leaders, caregivers, parents or others who have spent so much time and effort "doing" for others that they can no longer remember what they (used to) love!

Program Goals & Objectives:

• Each class will explore one aspect of leveraging your strengths: We will look at what that activity or perspective looks and feels like, and go out immediately to try it for ourselves. (This means that you will get work to complete between classes!) 

• The group will share and brainstorm ways that individuals can do more of what they love. We will explore different ways to structure your activities to help you gain that competitive edge!

If you are concerned about a potential conflict, please note that all classes will be recorded. This enables you to stay up with the material, in case something comes up.

Materials:

• Time: There will be some “pre-work” which you will receive in an email prior to each class, so you should set aside a little time to prepare for each discussion.

• "Tools": There may be some worksheets and/or templates for you to explore once we have begun. If applicable, they will be available for downloading from this site; you will get a link.
